Outsurance bunch of low life *******!! Take your money and when you claim it's oops no, give me more money first 😤

Outsurance is literally a bunch of *******. I have paid Outsurance R21 000 for the past 1 and a bit. My monthly premium is R2400 for car and household Insurance. So today when I placed a claim for my dishwasher (cost R4500), Outsurance wants me to pay them an excess of R9000 to replace said appliance. Now I asked Outsurance to make that make sense to me. My first claim and they cannot assist until I pay them double the amount of cost of the item. I suggested they cancel my policy instead...so here's the kicker, like me I am certain many people have done this and like me many people have now given their monies to these thieving insurance companies, cause now I lost just over R21 000...yes R21 000 was given to Outsurance and they cannot replace my Dishwasher of R4 500 until I pay them another R9 000. So in essence, they would have just over R30 000 of my money and replace my R4 500 Dishwasher. So in essence Outsurance you ha e now taken just over R21 000 of my hard earned money and given me nothing in return. Bunch of low life *******!!!
