Outsurance bullying their loyal customers

I recently experienced a break in at home and it was pretty sever. My mother is very shaken up and she has diligently paid outsurance for years. The one time she is forced to claim, it is met with interrogation and down right disrespectful behavior. Being the every day person who expects to be treated properly by a company who has open handedly accepted money for years, I am utterly disgusted by their service. Their failure to repair my alarm system opened opportunity for my home to broken into and my mother harassed by ********* and to top it of they don't deliver on the things that are covered. I would never recommend them to anyone and would urge any other customer to reconsider their choice when with outsurance.
