OUTsurance BULLYING TACTICS

I would like to bring to the attention out there out there of OUTsuarnce bullying tactics. My wife had an accident which involved an OUTsurance client, who she let come into her lane but because there was a roadblock ahead abruptly stopped.

OUTsurance without investigating both sides of the incident, started calling us and threatening us that they would take legal action if we DID NOT AGREE to be liable for their clients damages.

A gentleman by the name of Themba called me from OUTsurance and upon insisting that I would like to speak to his Manager, gave the "so called Manager" the phone. The Manager agreed for my request to set up an appointment to discuss the matter and confirmed that she will send me a meeting request "WHICH SHE NEVER DID" AND Themba called yesterday with the very same threats of taking us to court. I would like to warn people OUT THERE THAT these bully tactics of OUTsurance must be challenged head on.......The cant speak with forked tongues and anyone has the right to demand to be heard and their case heard before a decision is made.

OUTsurance is acting as the Judge and Jurry and victimizing especially black people because having worked for them this would NOT BE DONE TO A WHITE PERSON. Pathetic behavior to say the least!
