<p>I have had a sad incident in which I lost my bracelet. This bracelet has a very sentimental value as my late husband gave it to me. Outsurance and especially the assessor Mr. Neville Bishop handled the situation with sensitivity. I have been paid out within 1 week. What fantastic service!!! I can only recommend Outsurance.</p>
