The true test of an insurance company is not how little the monthly payments are, but how they perform in a time of need. The insurance and tow truck work together so no issues with a random tow company. The whole claim process was handled very efficiently and through one contact person, so no missing information or time wasting at all. Constant email updates of the claim status, document requests and registration sign over etc. all went without a hitch. Write-off value was full retail and all extras were covered. OUTsurance service levels are unheard of in today's world. If every service provider gave this level of commitment to its client what a different place this would be.
