OutSurance Bike Claim

<p>We were treated in the most professional way by Outsurance, from the moment we registered a claim for our son's ****** bicycle. Even when we could not supply all the information required from the onset, they never made us feel as if the claim was in vain. It was a long proecess, but they kept us in the loop during the process, and here I must commend Neville Bishop who went out of his way to encourage my wife and son to seek the neccesary documentation in order for Outsurance to finalize the claim. The claim was settled on my son's 16th birthday, and Neville even congratulated him on this special day when my son called to thank him! Great personal touch, thanks for that!</p>
