Outsurance biggest losers

What a useless insurance company. Once a person pay your premiums you’re good enough. My geyser bust in my house and Outsurance chooses to use useless bbeee service providers who employ idiots to do their installations for them. Once these retards removed the geyser the had to connect only three wires and they couldn’t even do that correctly. Much like everything in this country there is incompetence all around. I had to pay penalties worth R19000. due to my computers crashing and not being able to complete the order on time. Neither Outsurance nor the service provider are willing to reimburse me for that. Being a handicapped individual this is a lot of money gone down the toilet with no accountability from anyone. These ************ actions from insurance companies makes you wonder if having this type of behaviour should be allowed by consumers?
