I personally had the worst claim experience ever with this company . They will find every excuse in the book not to pay out your claim. For a simple claim I battled for over 2 weeks with very little help. It is no surprise that you find a lot of their adds on tv , mainly because most of their customers must be leaving them. When the find out that your claim is more then your premiums you have paid them they will cancel your policy with very little notice leaving you strandad. Guy please stay away from this non sense *****s. Don't spend your money on these ******s. Their are 100 other insurance company's you can go to with cheaper premiums and a better service. Hello ***

When assessing clients, we take frequency as well as the size of the claims into account. You had a number of claims in a short period of time, which promoted us to reassess the terms and conditions of your cover with us.

We need to be fair to all clients who manage their risk well and cannot simply keep on covering an individual whose risk profile is excessively bad. If we don't identify these clients individually, we would have to increase premiums across our entire book to allow for these clients' claims. This would mean that more than 99% of our clients will subsidise the excessive claims behaviour of less than 1% of our clients.

It is funny that the representative has mentioned nothing about they wonderful claims process where they interest you as if you are a ******** . Kgabo I'm sorry got your experience however you are not all one . This seems to be common practice withh this company. It's up to us To make others awair of their uninformed practices. Or betget yet they should inform their clients that you only allowed to claim a certain amount of times or we will cancel your policy. Really do we plan nasty events to occurs so.that we can claim from our insurance company's.. guys if you want instability an no piece of mind you Will not join this company . Rather go for Discovey or sone thing the no bull shot cumpanies you pay more but you will sleep better. This was so bad that I actually got scick an enandres up at the doctor due to stress reasons . I'm.sure non of us want this I am.currently with a nother insurance company.that I am quite.happy with. This review is just to make people await of another ***** in the game.
