Outsurance BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT Policy

Got my new Schedule for next year and my overall monthly payment has gone up by 28.5% with Contents raised with 45.5%. This is 22% of my Pension raise I got for the next year. Got in contact wit Sharisse who, after a long discussion everything boils down to having claimed in 2020 but no abnormal increase received due to THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. This however came down to me being PENILISED in 2023 and she cannot really explain why the raise was not done in 2021, only explanation is that I got the BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. Really unhappy with this raise and SHALL get quotes from other companies. Such a SHAME for Outsurance to work in this extremely strange manner
