Outsurance ********* Behaviour
I called Outsurance inquiring about insurance on my house.I only ask for a quotation and that's what I was insisting on.I also made clear that I will let them know if I would cancel my existing policy with my current insurer.To my surprise I see they have deducted an amount of R 800 from my bank account.This is ********* and very unprofessional.I spoke to them about maybe to join them in March 26 next year but because of this I dont want anything do with them because of this daylight *******.My contact details are *** so that should be rectified immediately and my name is J Cupido.My details are OUTsurance Policy Schedule OT***.This is very very unacceptable without any cancellation from my current insurer how can they just deduct monies from my salaries and to how many people is this happening to.

We sincerely apologise for not having ensured the start date of your cover was postponed, as per your request. This resulted in the premature premium we debited.
The refund has since been finalised and should reflect in your acccount.
