Outsurance - Be careful what you get out....

Very disappointed with this company. Bought myself a superb 2002 AUDI A6 about 4 years ago, and insured it with the above company. The car had less than 50,000 Kms on the clock, and I thought I could sleep easy in the event of an event that could destroy my car was covered. All I wanted was for them to put me back in the same position I was in before the accidental loss. A couple of months ago I had the misfortune of being crashed into by another client of Outsurance, with no blame attached to myself, as she had driven the wrong way up a one- way street and collided with me as she *******ly tried to enter the road I was traveling on. Despite the fact that O had been with them for a number of years, when the repair cost looked like exceeding 20,000 they were talking of s****ping my classic, and paying me a pittance. I subsequently went to their opposition through my broker, where I was offered an agreed value of FIVE times the amount they were prepared to pay, at a LESSER premium. I feel I have been gypped, and have lost faith totally in this company to operate with principle. The staff were very polite, but that does not help my pocket.
