I had to claim, because my window shattered. I call OUTsurance. My consultant was very helpful. He listened and answered any questions I had. I called and got a claim number immediately. I did not have to wait for a claim. OUTsurance was fast and reliable. On top of that OUTsurance's VAT stays at 15% instead of going up 15.5%. I get to save a little on car insurance as well.
