OUTsurance battle to cancel!!!

I’m desperately trying to stop their deductions since Tuesday, 27 September 2022 at 09:53 without success. I've written to: ***; ***; ***; ***; ***; Without success Outsurance did call my wife on 26th September 2022 to confirm cancellation.

Again, OUTsurance ignored my repeated appeals and a deduction went off my SA. Standard bank account on 1 July 2023.

As I’m in Nederlands it’s too costly to call their help desk from here.

They should also arrange reimbur*****t for deductions from Oct 2022.
