Outsurance ball ache

So just when i thought I've heard it all....

Last weekend someone drove into the back of my car, lucky they are insured and their insurance will take care of it, I just need a letter from my insurance saying I'm not claiming.

However, I am unfortunately insured with Outsurance. And in true Outsurance style, they give you the run around for EVERYTHING. So in order to get a letter from Outsurance stating that I am not claiming from Outsurance for the Accident, I have to make a claim with outsurance!!!! Yes, in order to not claim, you have to claim! Have you ever heard anything so stupid! "Dont worry" they tell me, "as soon as we've processed the claim... we will cancel the claim... they tell me " .... seriously ?? ??????? ???????

So I've decided ... when it comes to Outsurance... I'm OUT. I only want to make one more call to outsurance, and that will be the call I make to say Bye bye you bunch of Outsurance losers!!
