Outsurance bad service for us third parties

outsurance third party claim *** was rejected I only sent the claim form yesterday and today I got a call saying if I want to dispute I can get myself a private lawyer when I have a bill over 70 000 for the vehicle I was advised that I was going to get my claim number which is different from their client but the agent Jonathan Gordon sent me a rejection with their clients claim number and guess what they never requested photos of my car their client is saying I hit him yet from my photos you can see who actually did I guess Outsurance only assists their clients I'm so upset with how they do things agents who cant even introduce themselves they would call and just request your email gosh I'm so close to taking this to media and I well people need to be aware .
