Outsurance bad service

Good day. On Sunday I got stuck in Steynsburg on my way from Goedemoed prison visiting my brother. I called outsurance and they gave me a quote of R16000. 00 where they would only pay R5000. 00 for roadside assistance. I told th I do not have that kind of money an access of R12000. 00. I asked if I can use someone private and their consultant Lourence told me that if is fine as long as I get an invoice from the person. Now that I provideded the invoice of the person just to receive at least the R5000. 00 that they are able to offer the now want it to be a company and with a address and telephone number in order to help me. Can someone please assist. Where can I get help
