Outsurance bad plumbing team

So disappointed with the choice of plumbers outsurance has sent to my home.SNS PLUMBING AND PROJECTS SPECIALIST arrived at my place of residence with not even having a the basic plumbing tool being a pluge in their possession. They arrive at my residence at 2:03pm on the 4 of August only to be sitting on my lawn and waiting for their plumbing equipment to arrive at 16:20. All the time during waiting for the equipment nothing was done to resolve my household plumbing issue. At 17:00 the plumbing team decided that nothing can be done today and literally packed up and left. There was no absolutely no enthusiasm to resolve or try and help resolve our issue. Currently we have our waste bins filled with waste water. After SNS PLUMBING AND PROJECTS SPECIALIST left we had called another plumber who assisted us and resolve the issue for the interim. I am so disappointed with the choice of plumbers Outsurance has on their panel. Feel like we were rendered a government service.
