OUTSURANCE bad motor warrentee claim experience

I am a client for over 15 year with them. All my household content, 3 vehicles for theft and damage as well as extended warrentees on all vehicles , life insurance etc. etc. are insured with them. I submit a motor warrentee claim this week. I wanted to pick up my vehicle after it was repaired today but by 5pm the person working with my claim has not responded or check their email to give authorization to the dealer. Their communication and service SUCK in the way they handled this claim. I assume it is due to the holidays and on top of that it is Friday. Now I am without a vehicle for the rest of the weekend since the dealer dont want to release it unless I pay the R9000 repair bill. Thank you Outsurance. Thank you for nothing. You SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!1
