Outsurance bad insurance company
Hallo Peter It is 4 month ago that we cancelled our outsurance everytime they phone us and everytime we tell them we stopped our insurance with them we went over to a new insurance this month they deducted again from my bank.... After we told them the policy was stopped 4 months ago... And everytime i have to go to the bank and dispute it an they take R45 for it.... I'm tired of Outsurance harassing us after we cancelled them and still they take the money we didn't give permission to Outsurance to deducted the money they just ***** your money when they want to... Can you please assist me with this please. Richard Young ***

It is most unfortunate that the premium was submitted again on 1 July. This was a result of the cover being reinstated for 1 day.
Our client care manager contacted you, but you requested a call later. We will follow up, as the bank charges need to be refunded to you.
