Outsurance
I have this SIAS ADMINISTRATION (OUTSURANCE) listed on my credit profile date 03 June 2018 .It's on my credit report. I had policy which was cancelled in August 2020. I received an email stating that i dont owe anymore installments. II would like to know what is it for as it affect my credit checks and be taken off.

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
We are members of the Credit Providers Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. This includes both payments of premium and where premiums are not paid. We have notified all credit bureaus to update their records to confirm the policy is cancelled and there is no amount owing to OUTsurance.
