Outsurance
On the 27th of November 2019 a truck backed directly into me damaging my bumper and . I got into contact with the claims department even the guy that drove into me spoke. But when the same guy got back to work he told his boss I drove into him , I knew he spoke to the claims department and the call was on record but to this day after requesting this call recording I still haven't heard back from this insurance.
