I just had to update my OUTsurance policy details for my cars and specified items. I filled in a request online and within 3 minutes the consultant Melanie phoned me back. She was most efficient and a delight to deal with. She also helped me in reducing premiums as well as excess amounts payable in case of a claim. It's a pleasure dealing with OUTsurance.
