Outsurance awsome experience

Major storm last summer 2018. 11 Ceilings needed replacing, All flooring replaced throughout the house. Ceiling fans, light fittings etc. New Bed replaced, all furniture cleaned and refurbished to brand new status. Outsurance sent a project manager to coordinate the work required. If we wanted the cash instead of replacing like we did with the flooring i.e. tiled instead of carpets and wooden flooring. We had the cash to do it ourselves with plenty cash left over. Not once did they quibble about pricing or try and get it cheaper. That was an experience I just did not expect to happen. This was Outsurance building insurance for our home and content insurance. Our friends which had similar damage battled with repairs and contents, they even had to have contents replaced with what their insurance company gave them we had the choice of cash or a similar item. I don't know what the car insurance is like but the building insurance and content insurance definitely 5 stars. We now have a brand new interior home, thanks outsurance.
