Outsurance Assessor Suren Bunsee Rocks !

I had an appointment with Outsurance Assessor Suren Bunsee at 10am on Wednesday, 9 September. Without any delay, Suren took me through the paperwork and very efficiently assessed my damaged vehicle, providing a detailed explanation of he was doing and why. He thereafter contacted the parts supplier and was able to provided an estimate of the damages to me. Due to some concerns that I had with the choice of panelbeater and the time it would take for such a repair, Suren then proceeded to call the Panelbeater. To my delight he was able to secure a convenient time for the repair. At 10.43 I left the assessment centre a happy customer. Within 10 minutes of leaving, I received an sms stating that the claim had been authorised. I thereafter received call from the panel beating regarding the booking of the vehicle. <br> Now this is what I call l AWESOME. Well done Mr Suren Bunsee.
