Outsurance Assesor - Unreliable

<p>My girlfriend has reported a man by the name of Colwin several times. my car is not properly fixed, nor is it completely fixed. The rest of the money hasn't been paid into my account. I was in a car accident last year August and I'm still having this issue. My girlfiend has managed to get hold of Colwin (in the beginning of the year), and he said I must just take the car back to the panelbeaters to re-fix the damage. However, the panelbeaters has stated that they can not proceed with anything else as they cannot just fix the car without being advised from Assesor. </p> <p>Colwin is very difficult to get hold of, I've called he's landline and he's cell and he said he'd call me back, but he has failed. There was no feedback from Colwin in any case. This is truly upsetting me and taking outsurance's advice has really left me stranded. I want my money back now!</p>
