Outsurance Arrognat rude consultants

<p>I got a call from Outsurance regarding an accident that was not my fault in the month of August. The arrogant consultant Kagiso Saibok decided to threaten me saying "no matter what we will get our money from you ".</p> <p>The accident was caused by there client and now I have to pay money to Outsurance. However Kagiso was so rude he could not even let me finish before jumping down my throat . I got the feeling that it was a racial thing as he was very condescending to. There was no investigation done it was the first time I was contacted by Outsurance regarding the matter . He dropped the call and I then got an sms telling me if payments are not received legal action will be taken. This is sickening the way they treat people as professionals . Arrogant and rude if that is how staff treats people at Outsurance it is very sad hope someone deals with this arrogant rude man.</p>
