Outsurance are unprofessional and discriminatory
<p>I lodged a dispute with the ombudsperson for short term insurance. Subsequent to this outsurance merely sent me an sms cancelling home and vehicle insurance. Later received email. Shocking that they advance no reasons at all for their unfair and arbitrary action. </p> <p>How can these capitalists treat us like objects so many years into democracy. Ordinary consumers must collectively act against companies like outsurance who chow our money and treat us like dirt and without any respect. </p>
Typical behaviour of these companies who paint rosy pictures of their services by rosy and frequent adverts yet they change once you join them.

Administrative fairness require reasons for your arbitrary action. Brian or outsurance provided nothing of that. Really pathetic but am glad to be away from an archaic service provider.
