Outsurance are they *********?
My wife's car was insured with two companies this was discovered when we submitted an accident claim and Outsurance elegantly announced this.

What I cannot understand is why is Outsurance not doing regular checks on cars insured by them - verify if the car is insured with more than one company? They only have time to do this verification when a claim arrives on their desk. Is it perhaps due to the income they will forfeit in the process?

According to my records Outsurance still sit with half of my premiums and when the time arrives for them to deliver my money it will be calculated on the face value of the money they deducted.

Outsurance is also willingly accepting premiums towards possible property damage that they know they will not repair - my house is one example. I had submitted a claim Outsurance assessed the damage and decided that the roof structure is not as per required standard and rejected the claim. I was not informed what must be put in place to make the roof insurable. Since that time they are still taking the same premiums knowing that they are not going to entertain any claim related to the roof of my property.

Outsurance when can I expect to get something out
