I want to congratulate OUTsurance on exceptional service. I've been with them for many years and had several claims over the years and not once did they give me reason for complaint. I logged a claim last week online. I have just pressed the done button, and my computer screen has not even changed yet when my phone rang, and it was OUTsurance. Necessary arrangements made immediately everything went smoothly, car assessed, claim approved and service provider's details send through to me.
