Outsurance are not what they ADVERTISE

We moved over insurances from budget insurance to OUTsurance, we where with budget for 4 years with no claims, move over to OUTsurance, and they said I must cancel my insurance with budget and that I would be covered , I was involved in a car accident and now you refuse to cover my car, you don't answer any of my emails and I would like the initial call recording that was done to setup the insurance.

We will be taking this matter to the insurance Ombudsman
