13 Mar 2026, 10:44Hello Sibusiso
We are very sorry to see you were unaware of the glass excess.
Added to this, we fully understand that the excess seems excessive given the replacement value of the item claimed for.
It's disappointing to see that you insisted on cancelling your policy with us. We did request our claims manager to contact you.

13 Mar 2026, 10:59- I understand that you guys can set the excess fee higher than the claim amount however the FSCA rules require that the excess be fair and clearly disclosed in the policy before you agreed to it, in this case i feel that the excess amount is not fair In addition i did put in a claim and i am still covered by law until the 26 March 2026. What are you doing with my claim?
