Outsurance are ***** and ******* !!!

Outsurance are ***** and money grabbers who prey on poor people. Their assessors just want to save money for their company and they don't give a damn about their clients who work hard to make sure their installments are paid on time. I was invovled in an accident with my brand new mazda 3 and now, weeks later, they tell me that they only cover a certain part of my car instead of all the damages because on the night of the accident, when I gave my statement, I left out a few of the damages. Now, they need to understand that i was panicking and afraid as it was late at night and I am a heavily pregnant woman. 3 Days later, when I called them to find out about my claim, they changed their story and said that some of the damages didnt happen on the night of the accident. When it is time to take your money they just debit your account but when time to do what an insurance compay should do they always have excuses. I am so disappointed I trusted Outsurance and I thought they are better than the other insurance companies only to find out they are worse. As a pregnant woman, this is unnecessary stress that I can definitely do without.
