Outsurance are ****'s and *******!

Outsurance called me, upfront i advised them that i am not interested as i know that they cannot beat my current premium with Miway, the guy insisted and said that he can do so and if he cant he will pay 400 to me. just his premium on one vehicle was more than my two vehicles and household with miway, i insisted to stop the quote and he said to get the 400 i must to the whole quote. 40 min on the phone with him and his quote was 3.5 x higher than miway. he said he will send me the email for entering my details to get paid and nothing yet, i called him back he said he will send it, and still nothing. his name is Murray ****inson, he kept saying either way i should change because outsource gives exceptional service, i will get better service if i pay more. i am frustrated that i wasted all my time on the phone with him knowing upfront that they cannot better my premium. where is my R 400? where is your so called better service?
