Outsurance are *****

I will never use Outsurance even if they are cheaper, Their ad states if they aren't cheaper they will pay you, So I called I explained to the consultant that my current car insurance is in my mothers name and hen he quoted me it was way more than my current insurance but I was told they wouldn't pay me out because my moms name is on my current insurance details. I responded explaining I had told the consultant and he said it wouldn't be an issue and all they did was respond with exactly the same email they previously had.
