Outsurance are great at advertising the R400/R800 cash if they cant beat your premium but they dont pay when they cant actually beat it.
I was called by Outsurance to give them the opertunity to quote against my current insurer, After taking the time to answer all questions and submitting my current policy, they could not beat my premium and said i will receive cash back. I am have been expecting this from Beginning to mid December already. If i am not mistaken I am due R800.00. I will not be promoting outsurance as an insurance company to go for.
