OUTSURANCE ARE ******- STOLE MY MONEY

I've been looking around for vehicle insurance , I got OUTSURANCE to quote me. The quote was done by Boitumelo Mahlatsi on the 2nd October in the morning. I told her that they are premium and access is too high. I will continue with my current service provider. I even sent an email to her telling her that I do not want their insurance. I wake up this morning, 4 October, they have debited their insurance amount. Are they that desperate for clients that they even debit your account against your will. Now I need to beg them to return my money, after sending BOITUMELO MAHLATSI countless emails telling HER I DON'T WANT THE INSURANCE.I even told her over the phone to cancel the whole thing as they are prices are way out I will stick with my current service provider.

Outsurance is this desperate for money to debit against peoples permission? Is this how they operate? Will they even return my money?
