Outsurance made a quote for me since I wanted to buy a car at we buy cars. The agreement was that as soon as I finalised things with dealership I must give them a call.
I did not take the car as the dealership advise me it has many issues, I emailed outsurance about that.
Today they deducted R1,050 from my account, I'm really angry. I want to know what is the deduction for?as I don't have a car, I need a good explanation. Outsurance must pay also my bank charges, I did not even receive a call to notify me about this.
