Zero is the best rating I can give to this Insurance company.

My vehicle was damaged in an accident that caused damages to the rear side of the vehicle, and the vehicle had to be towed away to their storage facility.

Outsurance then appointed an assessor to assess the damages to the vehicle, and the vehicle was assessed without me present for the assessment. Couple of weeks later, I went to to the storage facility to check the extent of the damages to vehicle, as I had not done so after the collision. upon arriving at the storage facility I saw the damages to the rear of the vehicle. I then called the claims advisor to check if all the damages that I have observed where noted, and I was assured that everything was noted by their assessor.

The vehicle was then taken to the approved panel beater for repairs. Upon inspecting the vehicle at the panel beater, I noticed that certain damages to the vehicle that were caused by the collision where not repaired, as their assessor had never mentioned them in the report.

Their assessor does not want to acknowledge the damages that he/she never noted in the report, and now is coming up with excuses that damages were not part of the accident.
