OUTsurance are ******!!!

<p>This is the second time that I have to revert to writing a complaint about Outsurance on here because it seems like this is the only time that I am heard!! I came on here less than a month ago about the service I have received from OUTsurance and it still continues. I was involved in an accident with an Outsurance client, Hentie Barnard who crashed into me and **** and claimed it was the other way round. Outsurance harrassed and tried to bully me into making payment to their client. I relayed my version of events to so many of their advisors and not a single one of them took me seriously until I came on here. I then spoke to their legal manager Elizna Hofmeyer who is on telephone record said to me that the next step would be that once they speak to my witnesses and my witness' version matches mine they would make a settlement offer. It has been over 2 weeks. The witnesses were contacted and I am still waiting. I have made means to liase with the advisor in charge Manas Senne and the legal manager Elizna Hofmeyer and my email was ignored. I then called and asked that Elizna call me back and I did not receive a call back from her. I then called again and got hold of Manas who told me that out of the 3 witnesses provided only 2 hold water and their statements dont match exactly. A few days prior to that Manas sent me an email with a threatning tone in CAPS stating that if I dont send the necessary documents they will be cancelling my claim. My issue with these people is that they have been unprofessional and disregarding of me from day one!! Fortunately for Mr Hentie Bernard white male priviledge has worked in his favour. He told a lie and it was taken with no attempt to investigate or question the matter further. I on the other hand, the young black woman have had to work hard to first be heard and then prove that my version is correct. I have been corporative and provided evidence that proves my version of events and even after all of this I get told that they are still waiting for this man, Hentie Barnard who has **** from the beginning to give a version of events. This man has been lying and not coorperative from the beginning and I have to suffer as a result. OUTsurance is still treating me with the same disregard hoping that I let the matter go. I missed days of work which is money loss in my line of business, my son had to miss school, there was a roberry where my car was and keys ******. I had to replace keys and get my car fixed which has in turn had a huge finacial implication on my part all.</p> <p>I am extremely exhausted by this experience and do not wish to ever use my resources to Outsurance. I have a pending policy with them and demand that a client call me to cancel this policy. This matter has been draining and it seems it will be reaching a point that it must be fought in court. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
