Outsurance are a bunch of ******** and vultures

Outsurance takes advantage of people especially when you do not have insurance and you happen to get into an accident with one of their clients. They make you feel like it was your fault knowing very well it wasn't.. I was involved in an accident with one of their clients about a month ago and they have never assessed my car or conducted an investigation with regards to my claim. Their client took almost two weeks in giving me her insurance details which gave her ample time to give them a **** story as to what happened. Literally a day after submitting my document they refuted the claim without proper procedure being followed had one phone call with them that did not even last 2 minutes. I have telephonic evidence where she admits guilt and says that she her insurance with pay for it but why am I now being held liable for her damage when it was not my fault.. the damage on my car is far worse than hers I do not have the resources to fix my car I don't earn alot either I am now having to rely on public transportation just to get to work... they have double standards b3cause how do you want to offer me insurance but won't accept my third party claim Outsurance is despicable in how they treat third party claimants
