Outsurance and Rian Cronje are a joke
Riian Cronje and Outsurance are a joke. Had a car accident on the 30 of March this year. They handled my claim and in a disastrous manner. They went out of their way to manufacture their own information so that they get their own conclusion of what happened so that it leads to claim rejection. They never kept me updated during process and behaviour and assessor was demeaning to us. Was left disgusted by everything
