Outsurance and Quoting Fee.
OUTSURANCE do NOT pay the quoting fee they so eagerly advertise all over SA media! Did a quote through them about 2 months ago, they could not better my existing premium and is now dead quiet about paying the quoting fee as was promised by one of their consultants!
