OUTSURANCE AND ITC

I had a policy with them after a while lot of wrong debit dates or debit when they wanted I cancelled all my policies with them just to notice now they placed me on ITC!!! Placed me on ITC for what? I submitted a claim for car keys that needs to be replaced and they told me can't replace it because it is not a accidental lost!!!!???
