Outsurance and FNB Homeloan ******ion

I am writing with so much anger. I am with outsurance for my house which was taken when I was concluding my FNB Homeloan. for building insurance. I am being subjected to ******ion if I may put it this way. I had a first claim with outsurance for underground leak in February 2025. They told me they cover for the leak detection but I need to pay R4490 as excess fee. I subsequently got a private plumber to fix the problem with a bill of R2000. I call them again May 2025 for an underground leak and I am told I need to pay R4490 as excess. I ask the lady why am I paying too much excess and I am told it is standard excess for every claim I submit. How do you subject someone to this type of money ******ion? Why am I paying you each month for me to pay this exorbitant amount? I have spoken to other of your customers and they are not subjected to this. Are you colluding with FNB home loans to ****** money from unsuspecting Homeloan clients?
