Outsurance an ********* surprise
I am a 74 year old living in a retirement village. Outsurance has once more tried to **** me with my policy. They increased my premium by over 15% and my 15-year-old car by 20%. All the reasons given to me through a phone call were lame: rate hike, load shedding etc. After a vigorous discussion, they gave me a small discount, but not nearly enough for me not to cancel my policy. Outsurance has joined the long list of ********* and ******* companies.
