Outsurance - An Insurance company not to use

I signup with Outsurance this Jan/Feb 2015 and they have been getting my premiums without fail. Getting our money is all what they are interested at and I can foresee issues when they need to payout. I've sent 2 communications to them (email addresses they been using when the we onboarding me), one email on the 8th of Sept and another on the 18th of Sept. Outsurance never responded to my mail nor acknowledge the receipt.<br> <br> I really need to find another insurer and advise all potential clients not to go with Outsurance.<br> <br> Disappointed.
