Outsurance always phones me back when I log an issue online. The rates I pay are very fair and the service is always top class. I was part of a third party claim where I claimed from the offender's insurance that was Outsurance. I have never had to claim from them myself on my insurance and they really helped me every step of the way. They were patient and understanding, even if I was frustrated and irritated.
