OUTsurance always look for reasons to pay.

I am writing this review with a grateful heart and appreciation to OUTsurance car insurance division. I've been with OUTsurance for close to a year and my car was hijacked at gun point by two ****s in Mdantsane East London Eastern Cape. Thank GOD I was not harmed. Few days after the incident, I put in my claim, no problem. Major issue that arose was the fact that I failed to make sure that a car tracker device was fitted on my car, and it was a requirement as stipulated to my cover.

I was hopeless, knowing how insurance companies operate because they always look for reasons not to pay. But I tell you, the support and service that I got from the first gentleman who handled my claim, Mr. Zothani Ndelu, thank you so much my brother for everything. The second person is Mr. Johan Vosloo the main man. Now Johan is the guy who does groundwork. He comes and do all the digging to some sorts collaborate your story. The guy is amazing, full of energy and integrity. He does what he says he would do, and he kept me updated throughout the whole process he was busy with. It took about a week to complete the process and it's all because of SAPS where I opened the case because they made a lot of critical mistakes to my case as usual, otherwise it would have taken him 3 days.

My claim was approved and OUTsurance paid me for the value of my car and it's all because of the excellent investigative work done by Mr. Johan Vosloo. Thank you so much my good Sir. If it wasn't for you, I do not believe my claim would have been approved. You found the reasons for OUTsurance to pay, as I say, 'OUTsurance always look for reasons to pay' unlike other insurance companies who always look for reasons not to pay.

I am staying with OUTsurance, even my next car will be covered by OUTsurance.
