Outsurance, always get something out, yes out of a claim!!!!

I was stationary at an intersection when an outsurance client collided into my vehicle as she took the bend to wide. Their client claimed to have blacked out however the client admitted to have possibly taken medication- there are witnesses that can attest to this. Impairing her vision and causing the collision

After submitting the claim and dealing with Mercy Pule at the legal team, I was advised last week that my claim has been repudiated due to their client having had a black out. After receiving the letter, a two liner stating that their client suffered a black out and does not know how the accident happened, they do no attribute any negligence on her part......"

I of course disputed this and requested more information, I was brushed off. My vehicle was not insured at the time of the incident, leaving me to fight this out with the insurance. I am left with damage of under 50k that I need to pay for an accident that was not my fault.

I then asked to speak to someone senior I was referred to LebohangN, upon probing more details as it is a lot of money to just pay to fix a car, I was told that their client blacked out and there’s nothing they can do, I then asked if she had told them that she took meds as on the day of the incident she said she had taken medication. This was information their client withheld from them.

After insisting that they reassess the claim I was advised that they will get back to me in the week. This response after I had to point out information they should have probed as the legal team. I would have expected better customer service at least giving me a more reliable TAT and a process that will be followed.

Surely if a client claims a black out there are certain investigations that should take place to see if the client is a danger on the road, no medical reason for the blackout was probed ( that’s what I was told) they just went for her word. This endangering not only the client but the public too.

NO WORDS CAN EXPLAIN MY DISGUST AS BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE AN INSURANCE COMPANY BACKING ME, THEY ARE ABLE TO TREAT ME IN THIS MANNER- OUTSURANCE CENTURION

I was impressed how Mercy Pule handed the incident with the help of her manager Lebohang Nene in the beginning. But the reason for repudiating without checking cause of black out was very disappointing. I have escalated this matter to Chrisna who is said to be the head of legal and am waiting for a response.

If anyone can assist me with this call me on ********** 298,
