Outsurance always find a way to reject your claim

I joined this insurance on January this year and on April was involved in an accident and Outsurance rejected my claim because they say on their system it was my father who was a regular driver not me so since I was driving the car regularly they won't fix my car. The car quotations were over 60K and I failed to understand why they refused to fix it because I'm the 1 paying for this insurance also the car. I ended up fixing the car myself and when I canceled and reversed my money they claimed that I owe them money and if I don't pay they will put me on legal yet I only reversed 2 months and they owed me 1 month so I told them to use the money they refuse to pay me to pay themselves.

OUTsurance really doesn't care about their clients and my claim number is ********** 56
